Acceptable Use Policy
This draft defines prohibited conduct for the website, campaign applications, future buyer accounts, calls, recordings, and reporting systems.
Draft dated August 3, 2026
Draft for final legal review. This page is operational draft content, not legal advice. Qualified counsel must review the final legal entity, jurisdictions, vendors, retention periods, dispute terms, and live business practices before publication.
1. Lawful and authorized use
You may use the website and future platform only for lawful, approved business purposes and within your account permissions. You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and comply with campaign rules, insurance requirements, privacy and recording laws, consent and do-not-call obligations, and the rights of callers and other users.
2. Prohibited conduct
The following conduct is prohibited, whether attempted directly or through another person, system, or account.
- Using calls or caller information for an unapproved product, seller, campaign, or purpose.
- Reselling, redistributing, broadcasting, or transferring a call or caller record without written authorization.
- Making deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, coercive, or materially misleading statements to callers.
- Ignoring applicable opt-out, do-not-call, consent, recording, privacy, licensing, or insurance requirements.
- Submitting false disputes, manipulating recordings or logs, concealing material call information, or seeking duplicate credits.
- Interfering with routing, billing, attribution, security, reporting, or access controls.
- Scraping, probing, reverse engineering, credential sharing, introducing malicious code, overwhelming forms, or attempting unauthorized access.
- Using automated systems to submit applications, messages, or account actions except through an expressly authorized integration.
- Uploading or sharing unlawful, infringing, confidential, or unnecessarily sensitive information.
3. Call handling and recordings
Buyers must staff campaigns appropriately, accept calls professionally, and use recordings and reports only for authorized quality, billing, dispute, security, compliance, or business functions. Access should be limited by role and removed promptly when no longer needed.
4. Enforcement
The company may investigate suspected misuse, preserve relevant records, limit features, pause routing, reject disputes, suspend users, terminate accounts, or notify affected providers or authorities when reasonably necessary and permitted by law. Enforcement decisions may consider severity, repetition, cooperation, risk, and available evidence.
5. Reporting concerns
Suspected abuse or security issues should be reported to support@insurancepaypercalls.com. Final escalation procedures, response commitments, and enforcement terms require operational and legal approval before publication.
